Creating an inclusive staff and organizational culture requires careful planning and thought. The best intentions may meet with disappointment without understanding the most constructive ways for identifying, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring people of color in the workplace. Join us for a program to help you:

· Build more inclusive talent pools;

· Reduce unconscious bias in the hiring process;

· Assess HR practices for embedded bias;

· Reframe talent management to support BIPOC staff success.
