The Career Roundtable for Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy is designed to give participants a forum for authentic, candid discussion on the issues women of color face in the profession. From pay equity and navigating office politics to embracing the unique role and benefits of being a woman of color, we’ll tackle the subjects critical to our success. The Roundtable consists of a one-hour presentation via Zoom, in addition to post-presentation offline, self-directed assessments developed exclusively by YFJ Consulting. Additional virtual small group supportive networking membership is available, hosted by Yolanda, following the workshop (separate registration). Limited to 30 participants.

All participants will be invited to a special in-person celebration in late 2020.
